Concrete Pump Hose

Concrete delivery hose is used as a discharge hose on the delivery end of high pressure concrete pumps as well as for handling wet concrete with high head pressures at the key flex areas of a concrete boom truck. Additionally, it is employed in shotcrete and plaster and grout applications, pumping a variety of materials to concrete buildings such as dams, tunnel sides, swimming pools, etc. Additionally, it serves as a flexible connection between hard pipework and pumping apparatus.

Our lines of Material Handling hoses are designed and manufactured to withstand the most abrasive materials, including sand, shot, dry cement, gravel, seed, lime, animal feed, as well as mild chemicals, agricultural sprays, and hot air. Concrete placement hose is also designed and manufactured to withstand the most abrasive applications.

Our tube materials include natural rubber, EPDM, and SBR/NBR blends for high abrasion resistance. To withstand hard handling, UV and ozone exposure, and other environmental factors, covers are composed of SBR, EPDM, and PVC.
