EN856 4SH Hydraulic Hose | 4-Steel Wire Sprial Reinforcement
Four steel wire spiral hydraulic hose.
Recommended for petroleum and water-based hydraulic fluids in very high pressure applications.
4SH Hose is suitable for hydraulic fluids on mineral oil and synthetic oil basis, oil-water-emulsions, water-glycol liquids, vegetable and mineral oil based lubricants, cooling water, and compressed air. Also generally suitable for biologically degradable hydraulic liquids however limited by fluid additives.
Not suitable for hydraulic fluids on phosphate ester basis.
EN856 4SH Hydraulic Hose Features:
Inner rubber: Oil resistant synthetic rubber;
Reinforcement: A braid of textile material over the inner tube and four spiral plies of heavy wire wrapped in alternating direction.
Cover: Weather and oil resistant synthetic rubber;
Main application: Very high pressure application used for petroleum based hydraulic fluids.

Pressure test and package
Pressure Test:
When the batch of hydraulic hose is finished, it must be tested under 2 times the working pressure for more than 30 seconds. If it passes the exam, it can be packed and shipped out. If not, It will be cut into an unfixed dimension for sale.
Package:
Our hydraulic hoses are normally packed with plastic films or woven bags.
Each package is labeled with detailed information on the product parameters, brand, name, diameter, length, and so on, products ID is included in case of checking.
