Hydraulic Fittings

Hydraulic Fittings are meant to be crimped at the two ends of the hydraulic rubber hose and connect the hydraulic hose assembly to other elements in the hydraulic system.

When making a hydraulic hose assembly, the barb-type nipple of the hose fitting is inserted in the hydraulic hose, and the corresponding hydraulic ferrule is put on the outside which deforms under the pressure of the crimping machine.

Fitting thread and seal type are critical parameters of hydraulic fittings because they matter in the connections without leakage and tight ingratiation.
