Jet washer hose is specially designed to use high-pressure water spray to remove loose paint, mold, grime, dust, mud, and dirt from surfaces and objects such as buildings, vehicles and concrete surfaces.
It has the same construction with common hydraulic hose, both single steel wire braid reinforcement and double wire braid reinforcement are available in our warehouse.
Pressure Washer Hose Features:
Inner tube: NBR or EPDM Synthetic Rubber
Reinforcement: One or two braided of high tensile steel wire;
Cover: Synthetic rubber resistant to water and detergents in aqueous solution(wrapped or Smooth);
Temperature Range: -40℃ to + 121℃/155℃;
Application: Used to the high pressure, high temperature condition pressure wash industry.

Pressure test and package
Pressure Test:
When the batch of hydraulic hose is finished, it must be tested under 2 times the working pressure for more than 30 seconds. If it passes the exam, it can be packed and shipped out. If not, It will be cut into an unfixed dimension for sale.
Package:
Our hydraulic hoses are normally packed with plastic films or woven bags.
Each package is labeled with detailed information on the product parameters, brand, name, diameter, length, and so on, products ID is included in case of checking.
