SAE 100R15 high pressure hydraulic line is reinforced with four and six layers of spiral and high-tensile steel wire layer. It is widely used in forestry, mining, agriculture, and oil field equipment due to its strong impulse strength and 6,000 psi constant working pressure. It is completely competent for applications requiring an operating pressure of only 6,000 psi.
SAE 100R15 Hydraulic Hose Features:
Inner tube: Oil resistant synthetic rubber;
Reinforcement: A braid of textile material over the inner tube and four or six spiral plies of heavy steel wire wrapped in alternating direction.
Cover: Weather and oil resistant synthetic rubber;
Temperature range: -40 ℃ to 100℃;
Safety factor: 4:1;
Main application: very high pressure applications subject to surge of flexing such as construction equipments, mining and the high performance industrial market.

Pressure test and package
Pressure Test:
When the batch of hydraulic hose is finished, it must be tested under 2 times the working pressure for more than 30 seconds. If it passes the exam, it can be packed and shipped out. If not, It will be cut into an unfixed dimension for sale.
Package:
Our hydraulic hoses are normally packed with plastic films or woven bags.
Each package is labeled with detailed information on the product parameters, brand, name, diameter, length, and so on, products ID is included in case of checking.
