SAE 100R16 Hydraulic Hose Features:
Reinforcement: Two braided of high tensile steel wire;
Cover: Weather and oil resistant synthetic rubber;
Temperature range: -40℃ – +100℃；
Main Application: High pressure hydraulic application and to replace SAE 100R2 where higher pressure and a more flexible hose is required;

Pressure test and package
Pressure Test:
When the batch of hydraulic hose is finished, it must be tested under 2 times the working pressure for more than 30 seconds. If it passes the exam, it can be packed and shipped out. If not, It will be cut into an unfixed dimension for sale.
Package:
Our hydraulic hoses are normally packed with plastic films or woven bags.
Each package is labeled with detailed information on the product parameters, brand, name, diameter, length, and so on, products ID is included in case of checking.
