SAE 100R17 Hydraulic Hose | Wire Braided Constant Pressure Hose | 3000Psi Constant Pressure Hose
SAE100R17 is a 3000 psi 1 or 2-wire braid constant pressure hose, which means that all sizes have the same working pressure rating, eliminating the need for multiple hose specs on one piece of equipment. It is ideal for high-pressure oil lines found on construction equipment and other off-road vehicles. This hose provides comparable or higher pressures than standard SAE100R1/100R2 hoses without the added weight and has a bend radius that is up to half the size. It can work with hydraulic fluids based on petroleum, gasoline, water, diesel, and lubricating oils. Its cover is ozone, abrasion, oil, and weathering resistant.
SAE 100R17 Hydraulic Hose Features:
Inner tube: Oil resistant synthetic rubber;
Reinforcement:
One braided of high tensile steel wire(1/4“ – 1/2”)； Two braided of high tensile steel wire(5/8″ – 1″).
Cover: Weather and oil resistant synthetic rubber;
Temperature range: -40℃ to 100℃.
Main application: high pressure hydraulic application and to replace SAE 100R1 where higher pressure and a more flexible hose is required.

Pressure test and package
Pressure Test:
When the batch of hydraulic hose is finished, it must be tested under 2 times the working pressure for more than 30 seconds. If it passes the exam, it can be packed and shipped out. If not, It will be cut into an unfixed dimension for sale.
Package:
Our hydraulic hoses are normally packed with plastic films or woven bags.
Each package is labeled with detailed information on the product parameters, brand, name, diameter, length, and so on, products ID is included in case of checking.
