This kind of hydraulic hose is suitable for medium pressure hydraulic lines, It conform to the performance requirements of SAE 100R1 Type AT and EN 853 1SN.
It can bear high working pressure than textile reinforced hydraulic working hose,due to high tensile braided steel wire reinforcement.

Inner tube: Oil resistant synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: One layer of high tensile braided steel wire.
Cover: high quality synthetic rubber, abrasion resistant, corrosion resistant, weather, ozone, aging,sunlight resistant.
Application field: Mine hydraulic support, oilfield extraction machinery, mine/road/construction machinery.

When the batch of hydraulic hose is finished, it must be tested under 2 times the working pressure for more than 30 seconds. If it passes the exam, it can be packed and shipped out. If not, It will be cut into an unfixed dimension for sale.
Package:
Our hydraulic hoses are normally packed with plastic films or woven bags.
Each package is labeled with detailed information on the product parameters, brand, name, diameter, length, and so on, products ID is included in case of checking.
