SAE 100R3 is double fiber braid hydraulic hose for low pressure application. it is a combination of excellent oil- resistant inner tube, anti-crushing reinforcement and wear resistant and all weather synthetic rubber.
This fiber-reinforced hydraulic hose can transport both petroleum-based and water-based hydraulic fluids. In comparison to steel wire reinforced hydraulic hoses, 100R3 hydraulic hose is primarily used for low-pressure hydraulic lines.
Application:
Hydraulic oil lines, anti-freeze solutions or water. Meets or exceed requirement of SAE 100R3.
SAE 100R3 Hydraulic Hose Features:
Inner rubber：oil resistant synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: two high tensile polyester fiber braided.
Cover : MSHA Certified, weather and oil resistant synthetic rubber.
Temperature range: -40℃ to +100℃
Main application: low medium pressure line, return lines.

Pressure test and package
Pressure Test:
When the batch of hydraulic hose is finished, it must be tested under 2 times the working pressure for more than 30 seconds. If it passes the exam, it can be packed and shipped out. If not, It will be cut into an unfixed dimension for sale.
Package:
Our hydraulic hoses are normally packed with plastic films or woven bags.
Each package is labeled with detailed information on the product parameters, brand, name, diameter, length, and so on, products ID is included in case of checking.
