SAE 100R4 is low pressure rubber hydraulic suction and return hose, it is commonly used in suction and return line hose to convey petroleum base hydraulic fluids and lubricating oils.
SAE 100R4 Hydraulic Hose Features:
Inner rubber: oil resistant synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: a ply or piles of owen or braid textile fiber with a suitable spiral of body steel wire.
Cover: Weather and oil resistant synthetic rubber.
Temperature range: -40℃ to +100 ℃.
Standard: SAE J 517.
Safety Factor: 4:1.
Main application: For use of low pressure and vacuum application with petroleum based hydraulic fluid.
Recommended For: Petroleum and water-base hydraulic fluids in suction lines or in low pressure return lines. Meets or exceeds requirements of SAE100R4.

Pressure test and package
Pressure Test:
When the batch of hydraulic hose is finished, it must be tested under 2 times the working pressure for more than 30 seconds. If it passes the exam, it can be packed and shipped out. If not, It will be cut into an unfixed dimension for sale.
Package:
Our hydraulic hoses are normally packed with plastic films or woven bags.
Each package is labeled with detailed information on the product parameters, brand, name, diameter, length, and so on, products ID is included in case of checking.
