SAE 100R8 Thermoplastic Hydraulic Hose
SAE 100 R8 thermoplastic hydraulic hose is designed for delivering synthetic, petroleum, or water-based hydraulic fluids under high pressure conditions. It is made up of three parts: the tube, the reinforcement, and the cover. The hose is widely used for hydraulic fluid delivery because it is made of high quality hydraulic fluids resistant thermoplastic. The reinforcement is made of appropriate synthetic fiber. The cover is made of weather and hydraulic fluid resistant thermoplastic, resulting in a longer service life for the hose.

Inner tube: Oil resistant synthetic rubber;
Reinforcement: One braid of high tensile steel wire;
Cover: Weather and oil resistant synthetic rubber;
Main application: Suitable for convey low/medium pressure service with tight bends of oil/water based hydraulic fluids.

Pressure test and package
Pressure Test:
When the batch of hydraulic hose is finished, it must be tested under 2 times the working pressure for more than 30 seconds. If it passes the exam, it can be packed and shipped out. If not, It will be cut into an unfixed dimension for sale.
Package:
Our hydraulic hoses are normally packed with plastic films or woven bags.
Each package is labeled with detailed information on the product parameters, brand, name, diameter, length, and so on, products ID is included in case of checking.
