Steel wire braided Steam hose is made of special rubber with good heat resistance and braided reinforced layer with copper-plated steel wire. This kind of hose does not need to peel out the glue for buckling, and adopts Q/HYL03-S standard.
Wire braided steam hose description:
Steam Hoses are flexible and resistant EPDM tubes which offers exceptional temperature features, that works sound in high ambient, fluid or gas medium temp as well in cryogenic applications.
It is mainly used for continuous delivery of saturated steam and water under 150°C for continuous super heating, or intermittently when the temperature is lower than 160°C.
Wire Braided Steam hose suitable for steam cleaning, steam hammer, vulcanizing machines, injection molding machines and hot pressing equipment in all fields of industry.
Use safely：For steam application, it is recommended to use rubber hoses with fittings assembled with safety clamps. Over time, material (rubber) exposed to steam gradually loses its natural elasticity causing leakage or even rupture of the fitting, often with catastrophic effects. Fittings attached by safety clamps can be re-tightened over the hose service life. For safety reasons, we caution against using rubber hoses with fittings permanently crimped with ferrules
